Frank's dad adopted Ken, he took the name Shamrock. Ken and Frank totally hate each other too.

Yes, they were both found in Ireland under the same Shamrock. That is where babies come from in Ireland.

they were both adopted by the same guy, bob shamrock

Not by blood but yes. They were originally unrelated but when both were adopted by the same family they became brothers.
