Let them take a risk this year & dress-up as girls, they'd be the hit of the party. Just tell them that you have know idea what else they should be and just ask them to at least give it a try and let you dress them up as girls once before the party. And then you can tell them if they don't like how they look, they don't have to be girls for the party, but you can convince them, every teenage boy has wanted to dress-up as a girl at one time or another and quite a few already have. I was 13 when my mom suggested I be a girl tennis play for a scout Halloween party & I've dressed as a girl for every costume & Halloween party since then and I still to do.

I have found an AWESOME site that has a ton of very clever, unique and fun ideas. I had no idea what to be for Halloween this year but after going to Costume Tribute I have a ton !

batman and robin, tweedle dee and tweedle dumb, a horse (2 person costume), burger and fries, roman soldiers.

they could be a pair of dice!

or a washer and dryer...

or ketchup and mustard!

salt and pepper shakers...
