Very hard problem.....Evaluate algebraically?

(5(sqrt 2)+7)^(1/3) - (5(sqrt 2)-7)^(1/3)

    1/3 * (5sqrt2 +7 - 5sqrt2 +7) = 1/3 * 14 = 14/3

    (5(sqrt 2)+7)^(1/3) - (5(sqrt 2)-7)^(1/3)

    The only difference between these seems to be that in the first term, it is +7, and in the second term it is -7...the rest is completely the same

    I think it is either 14 (because 7 minus -7 is 7 + 7), or 0
