Do you think all felons should have their DNA taken and put on file?
Anserwer # 1 you might do a yahoo search "felons & DNA".
number two, I guess the discussion should be the definition of felon??
Dear # 3 do you have any idea how many B&Es (for example) have turned up years later with rapes and murders that could have been solved (prevented) had their DNA been taken at the time of their first felony?
#4 a person after my own heart. Can you imagine a felon refusing to give their fingerprints? Fringerprint colletion is only a few decades old. At one time it was thought that felons shouldn't have to give their prints. At least we have fingerprints!!!! How about DNA??

They should have everything put on file DNA, Blood Type, Fingerprints, photos, and anything else your mind can think of. You want to do a vicious crime, you should have NO rights at all. Unless of course its justifiable. Such as self defense.
