Party A and B were shopping Party B wanted something on top shelf Party A said they would get it. Climbed on shelf to get it and crashed and burned Party B got hurt from flying stuff. I saw the whole thing Party B was hurt cops came and took statements. Now Party A wants me to testify the store was at fault for them climbing on shelf? Am I wrong in saying no?

i could be wrong here but i think that all the brands had more "pop" back then. It was fun to watch and kinda(loosely used) unpredictable.
