why do people think that the cavs can win it all?

99% of the time you cant do it alone. people tell me lebron is better than dwayne but he has the better team so how are they going to beat the heat. boston is going to be very strong there not going to win any tihng but they will play a key in tiring teams out in 7 games. what about the bulls there going to be strong as well. if the cavs go to the finals they will not beable to beat the team there playing against which wil most likly be spurs suns rockets or mavs. so im going to stick to wat i know and say the cavs have no chance of winning it all or even going to the finals

I agree with you...the cavs won't go near as far as they went last year...in addition to the bulls maturing, the heat being healthy, the celtics improving greatly, and possibly the bobcats and bucks being sleeper teams, the cavs will be knocked out earlier than they were last year, if they even make the playoffs.

The east is much stronger than it has been in the past and it will be much more difficult to make to the conference finals this year.

  • Unless King James pulls some superhuman play out of his sleeve the whole series, the Cavs will definitely not win the championship.

I already stated this in previous answers, but the Cavs should have tried to reinforce the team more. They didn't do a great deal, not to say nothing at all, in the off season to make them better.

They could and maybe should have got rid of some of the more expensive contracts, the name of Goodens contract or Hughes contract.

This would have made it possible to search and trade a good power forward than can actually score some points in the paint, dominate the boards and block some shots. Now all they've got is Ilgauskas, he's a decent player but not sufficient to be dominating in the paint and under the boards. Their bench needs depth too, Hill would have been a nice addition for example ... Kirilenko comes to mind too ...

I like the Cavs and Lebron, they're explosive and exciting to watch, but I have to agree: with the element of surprise (like last series) gone, they will probable not make the finals ...

I hope the Cavs management will learn and give James some support at the end or during the season, otherwise he'll be gone to a real contender before you can blik your eyes !

the cavs are extremely more suitable ideal then the Rockets because there is no Yao and the Celtics because there is no Garnett and properly the Magic because they are having hassle with the Celtics and they are more suitable ideal then the Lakers because the Lakers aren't any more triumphing adversarial to the Rockets which in basic terms proves that they are nonetheless gentle like very last 365 days and they look to be they don't opt for to win it the in basic terms crew i see beating the Cavs on the on the spot might want to be the Nuggets

I don't think the Cavs can or will win it all. I think with KG in Boston, Chicago doing well, and my team, the Wizards are mad as heck for getting shut out last playoffs, the Cavs are going to be the punching bag of the East. They going to go home black and blue.

well lebron can do it alone he showed us last season but i dont think he'll get so lucky this year. sorry lebron....but if the cavs could do anything. anything at all to strengthen up that lineup around lebron the would be a huge threat but they dont seem to make any key moves...
