Should I tell this guy that I like him, a bit? (serious question!)?

I just end a painful relationship and a guy catches my heart. My friend said he really really likes me, and he said that too.

Unfortunatelly he is leaving overseas for 3 months.

We discussed this last week, and I said, go with the flow, who knows what will happen in 3 months, I might meet a guy, and he might meet a woman.

And he said, if he's back and both are still single we might give it a try.

Remind you, he is too busy saying goodbye to everyone, we do not get the chance to spend time to get to know each other more, but I like his personality.

He's leaving on tuesday, he's coming down to my gig.

Should I say something that will confince him more that I like him alot (although I need time to know if my heart does like him that much) so that he will remember me while he is overseas and try not to hook up with other girls?

Or should I just stay cool (like what im doing now) and say goodbye with a kiss on the cheek?
