Diesel exhaust should not be visible if the truck is properly tuned. When you see smoke that is black coming from a diesel, that is diesel fuel that has not burned completely. It is not "unburned" diesel fuel, as unburned diesel fuel is just that......liquid diesel fuel.

None if the vehicle is properly maintained. When you see tons of black smoke is an excess of fuel been dumped and is not completely burned.

its carbon monoxide colorless odorless Gas. lol.. the black smoke you see is soot from the fule burning.
