how do i replace my avatar with a picture from my files?

    Do you have a 360? If you do, select a primary picture, and then come back here to yahoo! answers and open your profile. Click "Edit my Info" and change the picture selection from Yahoo! Avatar onto you Yahoo! 360. Then click done, and there you go. It may take a while to change completely, you may see your avatar on this page, while you'll see your 360 pic on another page.
