After my Pen Drive aborted copying pictures from folders it has stopped opening JPEG photos in Me edition on m

The error shows:

Sony Applicaton

Resource DLL Error

(1-287)

Please, how to rectify the above error. As suggested earlier, PAINT opens an individual photo but it looses the characteristics of a JPEG format. It seems I have lost hundreds of JPEG photos on my computer. Incidentally, I have Picasa

downloaded on my PC. Also Sony camera driver was also on the pc to download photographs from the camera. These may provide some clues in tackling the "error" mentioned above. Thanks.

    Remember to always click the icon in the system notification area and choose to stop the hardware before disconnecting it physically. that way , the system makes sure all write/read from the usb drive is completed and data is not corrupted

    Try formatting your pendrive, and if required uninstall/reinstall necessary drivers. I hope this will solve your issue.
