How to reset a Hotmail account password if I get a message: "This is a limited account".?
I just changed my Hotmail password account and foolishly forgotten... now, when I try to reset my password, I only get this message: "This is a limited account, which doesn't include the information needed to reset your password. You can sign up for a Windows Live account, which offers password reset options."
I've searched through the Hotmail's FAQ's but have found nothing about this; what can I do?.

i got the same thing,... all i could figure is that maybe its used for mail only? im lost on the subject,...
will need to investigate
