Six kids under five? Have you considered Alice's Teacup? There are three locations - 73rd and Columbus, 64th and Lexington and 81st and Lexington. Kids love this place - the decorations, the costumes - it's magical and some of the food's pretty good. You'll need reservations - also beware - there is a gift shop.
Have a wonderful birthday!
