why do you feel thirsty after drinking softdrinks?

its the sugar salt and artificial ingredient added to them

I never felt too thirsty after drinking any softdrink...Dont know about diet sodas as they dont go with me at all...But u will surely feel thirsty after u drink any hard drink a lot.....

Too much sugar in the soft drinks.

I can drink a cola and still be so thirsty I grab a bottle of water!

Because most soft drinks contain a tremendous amount of sodium....especially diet sodas. They don't REALLY quench your thirst. Best thing in the world to drink was, is, and always will be water....few people drink enough water (myself included)

yes I was in Phoenix, AZ om business and the temp was 122 and it was windy so it was like being in a blast furnace.... I could not get enough water.... the funny thing was about 4 years earlier they had had close to the same temps and I was in Phoenix on business then to..... its not just the anchovies they use a lot of salt in the sauce too

Most soft drinks also contain caffeine which is a diuretic.

its not just the sodium or the sugar have you ever looked at wht is added to your favourite fizzy drink?

dont do oit, youll never drink it again.

most of them are packed full of sugar , causing you to feel thirsty
