Random Drug Testing?

We are subject to random drug testing at our workplace, which I do not have a problem with. My question is that they are requesting a cheek swab also. I am curious to the legality of obtaining DNA when one is opposed. This is the first I have ever heard of using cheek swabs during drug testing. Can anyone enlighten me?

Cheek swab is the easiest to collect. They are harder to adulterate or substitute. This method shows more promise in determining current use and impairment.

Better check and see if the staff has belly buttons. Sounds like your company is into illegal cloning.
