You need to look at her credentials and experience. If you go back beyond the current administration, you'll find that she was a fundamental player during the re-unification of Germany, and the fall of the Soviet Union. She served on the National Security Council for Soviet and East European Affairs. Your "goose egg" is a myth. Look it up.

She can't even get the Israelis to agree to a meeting which is just to set an agenda for future meetings.

She's talked about birth pangs and mushroom clouds in the middle east. She ignored warnings from the CIA about an imminent attack by bin Laden involving the hijacking of multiple airplanes.

North Korea wanted a deal on the nuclear issues, but they refused to talk to Rice. Democrat Bill Richardson from New Mexico had to fly there to finish the negotiations.

If you were in another country and listened to all the rhetoric that this country spills and spins, the hate comments on its own president, and the huge gap between parties in this country would you want to sign any deals with this country?
