How do you get jirachi in pokemon emerald?

i heard that you have to wait till the person in the rocket center in mossdeep tells you that there had been 100 successful launches or something.. but when i talk to him he says there have been 407!!! i used gameshark to catch all other legendaries in their specific islands.. is there a gameshark code to trigger the event of getting into the spaceship to space? ( i wanted to experience it.. lol )

ermm.. people.. i already know how to use ar/gameshark to encounter a jirachi in the wild.. what i need to know is how to trigger the event where you will be asked to go to space and you catch jirachi there.. is there a code?

    you need an emulator, game shark, Pokemon Colosseum pre ordered dick, of a via live event.
