Well, think of it this way: Byrd started using HGH when he was in KC, where he was teammates with Jason Grimsley, who admitted (and got busted) last year to using and distributing steroids and HGH.

There are so many players that have used HGH, or, are still using it, that I'm sure we'd be shocked to know the truth.
