Is it weird if a woman proposes to the man?

Me and my gf have a long standing debate about this. I say no, she ways yes. She thinks the man should always propose, but I don't see the harm in it.

    I wouldn't say it's weird, but I would say it is very unusual even in the days we live in. I have heard of it, but I don't know anyone personally that has done that.

    It's not weird though! Just different.

    well, i am waiting for my boyfriend to propose to me - I am not going to propose to him... then what, you buy yourself an engagement ring!? kinda weird.
