I think some places like wal mart will do it for you for free. Or, if you already bought the bulb or want to do it yourself to learn how just check through the owner's manual - usually there is a section on that stuff. Most cars: 1. Raise the the hood. 2. Look behind the headlight housing, find the electrical wires and the connector to the bulb. (usually has 3 wires) 3. Remove wiring connector (usually has some locking tabs) 4. Remove the bulb retainer - the clip or ring that holds the bulb in place. (usualy a twist on ring or locking tabs again.) 5. Pull the bulb stright out towards the back of the car. 6. Isntall the new bulb (be carefull not to touch the glass) 7. Reinstall the bulb reating clip or ring. 8. Reconect the wiring connector. you're done! For what it's worth, and you may have already figured this out, but the high-beam and low-beams are the same light bulb. It has two filiments in it. (There's no way to replace just the low-beam)

It is there as a park light,if they are very dim they may have clouded over inside, they are not that important and I always felt like they were a waste of time.

One is your high beam, one is your low beam, alot of companies are now doing this for better visibilty and partly for style.
