What can I do?

OK, well, I really liked this guy, and he asked me out. Well first he told me to text him, THEN he asked me out. My family is against me going with this guy, but I said yes, he asked if I was serious, and I said yes and asked if he was. He said of course he was, and asked me when I could get away without being missed. So we tried to figure out a way to go out, but couldn't. The next morning I texted him and again asked him if he was serious and he said yes. but we still didn't go out. The next Sunday I wrote him a note in church and asked why he wanted to go out with me, he told me he wanted to see if I was "easy", which he doesn't know the definition of that word. But anyway, I got really mad, wrote him a note explaining WHY i said I would go with him.Then I ignored him the rest of the day and for a while after that.
