Yes, I have noticed that many questions on Yahoo Answers are rhetorical and I do answer them. The value of asking them is you get to see how many people agree with you. I saw one that said "How come everyone I meet that listens to Rush Limbaugh is a complete idiot?" It's fun to see Rush Limbaugh fans try to defend themselves, even though I am a Rush Limbaugh fan.

Good Afternoon.
Yes, I have noticed all variety of questions on this site.
Posts that are not questions are usually ignored by me, but occasionally, especially at this moment, I will respond to a few.
Of course your post about this topic is not a question but rather chatting, which I am sure you are aware of chatting on Yahoo! Questions and Answers.
It all comes down to how I feel about a post that is not actually a question. For example: I like your lecture, the way you write, and I also admire the way you smartly circumvented the Yahoo! Community Guidelines. That's why I responded to this question.
I hope this helps.

? Yes, I've noticed them, but rhetorical questions are the best to answer. Free points (although you are supposed to say that) to people who answer it. They probably have more time on their hands than most of us.

My take is that most people here with silly questions are under the age of 20 and this is their chat room.
Especially when they are asking sex questions, and cannot spell for the life of them.

Isn't it terrible that questions are used to make a statement? Isn't it fitting that they're answered with another rhetorical question?
