First of all, any employee is paid what they're worth. The fact that you think a CEO is "overpaid" is irrelevant. You're not on the board of directors and in all likelihood have no idea what kind of impact a good CEO makes on a firm. I'd say your argument boils down to jealousy and resentment that a particular person was deemed worthy of such a salary because they chose to work hard instead of whine like you. That's not to say that this is the mold for all CEOs, but the trendy depictions of CEOs as all being corrupt is ludicrous. Also, "sending jobs overseas" is more complicated than that. Brush up on some elementary international economics and history and see how glorious protectionist policy is...
As for the question being asked, the biggest problem economically and socially in the United States is Hillary Clinton and her band of socialist followers alike.

There are several -- as you might gather from the preceeding responses, part of the problem with most of these is that people simply don't agree if they are even problems! Thus, you must decide for yourself whether or not the "problem" is even a problem...and then go from there.
The influx of illegal immigrants to the US has dropped the bottom out of lower income brackets, so that those who benefited from artificially-inflated incomes are now being forced to participate in the global economy, and those who can not provide more value than those who are here from other countries are forced to compete with them, decreasing their wages. (Should we increase border support, or let our country join the global economy? Again, is this even a problem?)
There is a widening gap between the richest and the poorest of Americans, meaning that there is a polarization of wealth. This has historically been problematic for most nations through history. (But how do we solve this? Ideas?)
Speaking of polarization, Americans have become increasingly polarized in their political views, linking themselves with political parties more than ever before. Because of this, only the most liberal and the most conservative politicians become elected, resulting in legislative gridlock. (How would you solve this?)
