Does Saratoga County Family court go by the parents income of the total household income?

Our family court is usually in Albany County and the paperwork was simple but now that its in Saratoga County the paperwork says other sources of household income so I would have to put my boyfriends income down right seeing we live together? And also will that bite me in the *** cause I have two household incomes and the father only has one to support his family. Any information would really help me out. Thanks

Update:

The apartment we live in is in his name and I know the father is gonna bring it up in court that I have two incomes and he only has one so I think Im basically screwed..

You might be able to get away not listing his income IF he is not listed on your deed.
