I need to file an objection in a bankruptcy case. I am the creditor/ex-spouse....HELP!?

My ex-wife is trying to file bankrupt on debt that is still in both our names. She is bound by a seperation agreement at our divorce. Can anyone direct me to a website that might show me an example....HELP!

The best way to find examples is to go to the bankruptcy court website for the district she filed in, get a docket list of cases from the judges there and find relevant motions and download them from pacer, otherwise, it would be in your best interest to hire an attorney to do this for you (you really should anyway) so that you can ensure it is done properly. I would think you could get the ex ordered to repay the attorney's fees as well.
