Lol...ok. There's a difference in giving a woman a compliment and being a pig. To tell a random woman that you hardly know that she is beautiful or pretty is one thing. To yell, "nice asss" across a crowded room is another.

At work, I flirt with guys all the time, it's my nature and they all know this so they flirt right back. The fact that I'm a lesbian and ultimately uninterested in them allows a certain degree of safety in regards to sexual harassment. They know I'm joking, I know they're joking. But of course there is a line. Unfortunately one of my former co-workers crossed it over and over, even after I told him he was going too far multiple times. I discussed it with the manager and he's since been fired.

My point is that some women will welcome or at least not care about your comments about them, others do not care what you think and some will most likely find it offensive beyond belief. Save yourself the lawsuit and just shut up if you don't know the woman is open to it.
