ziplining in Peru???
has anyone ziplined in peru? how does it compare to costa rica? specifically i am going to be in cuzco near macchu picchu

I havent done it but I've seen it done in Urubamba valley. Machu Picchu doesnt permit that ir any other sport like it near the ruins. Now even helicopter rides. Compared to Costa Rica? No way, it's better done there than in Peru.
Urubamba valley offers ziplining, check Inka Terra hotel in Aguas Calientes, they offer this in a place near the jungle.

There are no ziplines around Cusco or Machu Picchu

I don't believe there is any ziplining in that area in Cuzco due to high altitude. Maybe around the urumbamba valley there is some. good luck finding it.
