How can I get my boyfriend to calm down and breathe?
My boyfriend is very tempermental so its easy for him to get mad, right now he's mad at his mother (for i dont kno why because he says he doesnt feel comfortable talking about it with me) and he also craked the front windshield of his mothers car. I kno that he's going to take his anger out me even though he's mad at his mother. how can i get him to calm down and breathe and let him kno that i love him and that im here for him no matter what?
oh yeah and we've been together for 1 year and 1 month going on 1 year and 2 months

Just tell him to calm down. If he goes after you, get away from him for a bit and give him some alone time to think. He'll talk about when he's ready, so don't pry.

just look at him and tell gim to take a deep breath and chill.. he doesnt wanna do anything hes going to regret later on...
