go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.

I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

if this is a frivilous diet so that you can be skinnier than all the other cheerleaders - then knock it off and eat a big mac.

if you ARE overweight and are serious about bettering yourself - tell BOTH your parents that you are doing this - and ask them to always prepare meals that fit your diet plan when you are around. If you actually NEED to loose weight, your parents will be proud that your taking the initiative and should be more than willing to help you succeed.

60 pounds a month?? that is incredibly unhealthy and disgusting. that.. cant even be possible. do not follow that persons advice, please. wheat/whole grain products are very good for you. ask both of your parents to take you grocery shopping, and plan out healthy meals with them. explain to them youd like to eat healthier and lose some weight. they should be willing to help you out.
