What qualities do u think a wife should have and what qualities should a husband have?

I'd say the roles of each partner will vary from relationship to relationship. But for the most part, both partners should be dedicated to the marriage. They should be loyal to each other.

i guess i'm more of a traditionalist in this aspect...i think the wife should keep the house clean, cook for her man, and all that. HOWEVER, the man should help w/o having to be asked. (i'm lucky in this cuz my fiance does whatever he sees needs to be done.) Both should be very caring and affectionate. They should be able to joke around with each other often. They should have fun no matter what they're doing and should enjoy each other's company. COMMUNICATION IS KEY, so they should be understanding and very vocal about their feelings/needs (BOTH parties). They shouldn't take their frustration out on each other, and they should ALWAYS be honest, even if the truth may hurt the other person.

I would by far call myself a devout christian, but none the less when I have a query in my life whither moral or whatever, I tend to google the query and relate it to the bible and honestly it always comes up with a reassuring answer. I recently fell in love and googled it in the context of the bible and it comes up with this "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails"

The husband should be supportive, helpful, and unconditionally loving and understanding. The wife should be open to new things, able to love unconditionally, and accept that people make mistakes. Both should never get so set in their ways that they cannot change.

Both parties should be caring, honest, and have patience with each other. Give attention and listen

the requirments are the same for both.

a life long comitment to express and demonstrate love compation, and consideration towards their mate.

They should be loyal and honest with each other above all else.

Make sure you Communicate, & if you don't have nothing in common it want work.

I think that both should be equal.
