Sure. She is either going to rind or she isnt. You cant maker her mind up for you. If she doesnt call don;t assume she doesnt like you, she may have misplaced it or any of 101 reasons for not calling. Give her space dont be to clingy.

I'd have to say that most women don't want to seem desperate so they expect you to make the first move. But at the same time if you do give this chick your no. she could turn out to be some crazy lunatic later on who's constantly calling you, then it becomes so annoying you don't call her anymore or answer her calls-now she's gone psycho on you & now you can't shake her unless you have your no changed, move to another state and change your email and every other method of contact she's got for you. Most times men will ask a woman for her no. so they can call when it's most convenient for them, not the other way around. Especially if some dudes just out trying to hook up with as many chicks, they don't want this other girl calling at a bad time, lets say for instance if you were with another chick. So think about it and make your own decision, I've just given you a few things to think about. But then I could be wrong about her, because not all women are like that.

Girls always want guys to make the first move, so that they don't look desperate. If you feel you are ready go for it.

first do you no this person in person by the sounds of it you dont! she might even be a man for all you no have you seen her on webcam or not? if you are 100% sure that she/he is what they say they are dont do it other wise if you are good luck and you should!!

sometimes if a guy waits for the girl he'll be waiting forever because some girls/women prefer the guy to come to them because they don't want to look desperate. i'd say just give her your number.
