I need to unlock my mobile?please help me.?

my mobile is sgh-e250 samsung.when turn on it I mistakenly push sos buttun that I must insert pin code.help me.at this time when turn on it tell me that police 110.

    U have blocked ur sim m8, if with o2 u need a PUK Code u can gt this on o2 website, any other network just call them from the landline give them ur moby num thy will give u a PUK Code.. Gd Luck...
