How come questions in voting say tiebreaker?

I checked and I have 100% of the votes with more than one vote being counted and yet the question says tiebreaker. How can that be? I could understand if there was an actual tie, but there isn't.

Update:

What I'm trying to say is that there is NO tie. How can it say tiebreaker. On one of the questions, I have 3 votes for 100%. That doesn't seem like a tie to me. It doesn't matter how long the voting process is.

It really doesn't make any sense to me.

It was a tiebreaker before these votes were cast, with all votes being cast on the same day. You'll find that within a few hours, or tomorrow the latest ten points are coming your way, if there isn't a sudden wave of votes for another answer, that is.

It will be in that position (Tie Breaker) until the period of voting ends which is 2 days. ( http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/answers/vote/vote... )
