Here's one simple rule to remember:
NEVER, EVER get into the habit of taking a $hit and stepping back in it!
You ex is not the only man out there for you!
Find someone else!

The way you describe him no way he desreves you..
But close your eyes for 5 minutes..then think..
1) is he worth going back?
2)does he really deserve you?
3)will he be good this time??
then ask your friends how do they know he is a good man???
Then decide
