My family has gone missing?

I'm 20, in college in the UK. My Mother and younger brother and sister live in Texas. My mother and I are best friends and talk over the phone once a week. I haven't been able to get into contact with her for a month. I've been told that's she's moved with her boyfriend (Whom I've never met) to Oklahoma and withdrawn my siblings from school and thats she doing drugs now. I've phone the police and U.S embassy and they can't file a missing persons report, known of her friends knows where she is, and I don't know what to do. Is there anyway to find her and my siblings?
