I received an email that said an email I had sent was bounced. Does this mean someone hacked into my account?
All of a sudden this email I received said that a message I had sent to various other emails had bounced, but I never sent that email.

It's a new kind of phishing. I get those, too, and have never sent a message to that address. DO NOT CLICK ON ANYTHING IN THAT MESSAGE.

Could be a virus that uses your contact list to send out phoney emails with virus attachments. Try doing a virus scan.
