What is the manuever called when someone tackles a player in football?

I know, I'm stupid. What is the position and the manuever called for the player who is performing the tackle. I'm thinking specifically when the player lowers themselves and uses their shoulder to ram against the opponent player.

I'm serious. Please word your answer similiarly

Basically, it's just a tackle...If he uses his arm and forearm across his head and face it's often called a "clothesline", but it's still a tackle..,Perhaps you're referring to a "spear" which is when the one player is on the way down and the tackler lowers his helmet and shoulder into the tackled player...I believe that will get you a 15 yard penalty in both college and pro football (I seldom watch the NFL anymore).
