Witch to eat?

Hamburger helper fixed with ground elk that my father-in-law got while hunting, or should I use the meat to make sloppy joe's?

Update:

The meat has been frozen and defrosted, think it will hold together good enough to grill?

    I always prefer a good witch over a bad witch, I would take Glenda the Good Witch over the Wicked Witch of the East, for instance.

    Grill the burger.

    Either one is going to taste different tan what you are used to . I would opt for the sloppy joes.
