Is Yahoo Answers a hobby or a pastime?

I check in every day and try to answer questions within my expertise, or offer opinions, and I know a few of you out there also do. Q - how do I put my own pic rather than my Avatar on my i.d? (I love the jigsaw ribbon one of you has.)

    A) As long as it's not an obsession or your only 'contact' with other humans, I don't think it matters how you classify it. If you enjoy it and don't overdo it, just have fun with it.

    B) To get a photo posted as your avatar, go to www.yahoo.com and find Yahoo 360. Create an account for yourself and upload photos into it. The one you choose as your main photo can also be used as your Answers avatar. Go to your Answers profile, to the part where your create your avatar. Click on the little button that says "use my photo from 360" or something like that.

    C) The jigsaw-puzzle ribbon is an awareness ribbon just like the pink one for breast cancer awareness, the yellow one for remembering our troops overseas, and so forth. The jigsaw-puzzle ribbon is for autism awareness.

Aw, thank you my friend. As the janith says, the puzzle ribbon is to promote autism awareness. All you have to do is go to yahoo 360 and set up a profile. Choose one picture as "primary." Then go to your Yahoo Answers profile and click "edit info" to choose the photo.

To us Seniors it's a pastime, but at least I have the time to give some thought to my answers.

explains why I'm never the first to answer.

Could probably be considered a hobby but it's more like a wasre of time or a time filler(to fill the time you got nothing to do)

It's a great way to kill time. But you're learning new stuff in the process. Everybody wins!!

I would call it a past time or maybe an obsession.
