What is it you're asking?

There do seem to be a lot tonight. If someone needs help I'd rather them come here than do nothing at all. I cut myself, but I'm not suicidal. However, I am offended by this question. It's my understanding that Y! Answers is suppose to be helpful, I know it has helped me. If you don't want to read the suicidal post then don't read them. A lot of people on here don't need to be cut down because you don't want to deal with their issues. Remember the old say 'if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all', this would be a good time to listen to it.

You were stating your opinion, I was stating mine. Sorry we can't all be perfect. It's sad you have to resort to name calling. You obviously don't know anything about me. I didn't say anything disrespectful to you. I wasn't trying to be mean, I was simply saying how I felt. I wasn't trying to purposely attack you, I'm sorry you felt that way. Why ask a question if you don't want an honest answer? Would you rather me lie? This is a place for people to find answers. If someone is suicidal I'd feel better if they have this place than no where. They need help, and there are other people more than willing to help them out. Got to go. You know, have to cut my fat fingers since I obviously can't type.

You know, if it saves even one life when someone posts about suicide, because caring people answered, it's worth it. If it upsets you, go to another section of Yahoo Answers.

Suicide is a response to extreme depression - your tone is judgmental and not very informed, in my opinion. And your tone also shows an extreme lack of concern for others. I hope a friend never confides in you that they are so sad that they want to die, and you turn them away because of your ingnorance. I'm quite bothered by your question. I'm going to assume that you didnt' think it thru, and you're not the best writer, so it came across wrong.

btw, I am often suicidal myself, although I don't post here about it. But the pain of bipolar disorder is unbearable, and you have no idea (apparently) so I was personally bothered by your question.

weekends can be very hard on folks. They come here to ask questions to receive support and kind words. not to be slammed of criticized.

What is wrong with you? To post such a question and become rude and ugly when you do not like the responses?

Why waste your precious time on here? Then make nasty comments on things you know nothing about? What is your problem?

This has me totally tongue tied right now, never mind the suicidal people who are trying to get help but you are so ignorant and rude. If you suffered from ANY serious mental illness you would try and talk and help these people out, not add insult to injury. I am so disgusted with this I hope to hell you lose your account...

There is an insult unto death and some don't survive it. Try to be helpful to all who hurt as You don't know if you will receive the insult from friends and family too

If you don't like go to a different forum like pets or something, I am not trying to be mean or anything. Sometimes people need to talk.

this website is a good place for depressed, introverted people to communicate and get attention that they so desperately crave despite the fact that they sometimes deny their need for it.

I noticed it too. I don't understand why it is so heavy. I hope they get help.

I have no idea....hopefully they all can find the help they need!
