changing in gym. what do you do when you have your period?

You go about your business. Do you HONESTLY think that you are the ONLY girl in there to have her period? If you have to change out of your underwear, then do that in a bathroom stall. Otherwise, you just change your clothing as you would without your period.

No one's going to be looking and point to you and say as loud as possible, "Oh, LOOK!!! She's wearing a maxi pad!! Ooooo, she's on her period!!!"

Its going to be a little werid at first. You could talk to your teacher and ask to use the bathroom to change. But then the other girls might get suspieces(sp) Or try getting there quicker, so you can change before anyone else gets there. Maybe use tampons? I had to start changing for p.e. in 7th grade. So im guesing most if not, all of the girls in your class should of had there first period. so dont worry your not the only one. And i really hope no ones staring down there. Theres really nothing to worry about. And yes im a guy, but with having 3 sisters. I know about about the subject. And my girlfriend wanted me to add that you could wear your gym shorts to school everyday that week/day (im not sure how offen you have p.e. we had it once everyday) . The more you mess around the more people are you notice. If I go to the gym with a mate I let them know so they know why you slow or whatever.

well ur not the only one dont worry... just go into the bathroom and do it there, or in the showers. what i do (we have a small amount of time to change so i dont change in the bathroom) is wear shorts under so that way u cant even tell anything is there...

Just change. They don't have shower stalls or a toilet stall you can use if your uncomfortable. Or just wrap a towel around your back and use it to block you. The others around are going to know that you get your period. Thats a girl thing all girls get it.

could desire to you employ between the bathing room stalls in the locker room? a great number of ladies try this besides only because of the fact changing in front of others is uncomfortable. in many situations I only get in and out of my clothing as quickly as i will lol.

you can try wearing black underwear or i have worn shorts underneath before too
