Does a car's color matter in fuel consumption. Does it matter in anything at all? Besides tastes.?

    A dark colored car will be heat up in the sun more that a light colored car. That could cause you to use the AC more which burns more fuel. Other that that, it shouldn't matter.

    the paint on a car adds weight and makes the fuel consumption higher. :-) haha very VERY little though. its mainly for the taste and girls.HAHA :)

    no the color doesn't matter in fuel consumption. (duh) but it will affect your insurance rate!
