Pleae Help: Weak Acid Titration?

ok, so we did a lab in which we titrated a weak acid with a strong base. 1st we took the pH of the acid w/out any base. On the report sheet it says what is the concentration of the weak acid as reported on the reagent bottle, got that. it ask for the concentration of H3O+, I got that by taking 10^-pH. But I cant figure out what the concentration of X- is (the conjugate base). Is it equal to zero? or to the concentration of H3O+?Please help, thanks.

If the weak acid is monoprotic, e.g. HA, then the concentration of the conjugate base is equal to that of the H+.

HA ---> H+ + A-. So you are right when you say it is equal to the concentration of H3O
