I wanna go on a date!?
I haven't been on a date in what seems like FOREVERS! LOL. What is the best way to get someone to ask you out? Hmm... I guess it might help if I was a little more talkative with people but that's just me. Sometime I think I might be scared of rejection if I try to talk to a random guy. So I just don't even bother with it. I'm not shy, I'm just not the type of person to approach someone. I'm a 25 yr female going to a state college and most guys that cross my path are so much younger than me. I usually preffer older guys as well. Any ideas people? What is a good place to meet single(yep, non-married) guys? Please don't say the club, I'm not into meeting guys at the club!

Date yourself first! Go out and do things by yourself. It's all about being confident. Don't go looking for a guy to date, let them find you! While you're out and you see a hot guy, compliment him. I like that shirt, etc. Get eye contact and present a sly smile. Strike up a conversation about anything that's going on around you! YOU CAN DO IT!!!
If you see a guy around campus that hot and isn't attached, TALK!! Say hello. Some guys are shy, too! Meeting people at clubs suck! Go to coffee shop. Go some place different and just observe! Then don't necessarily look for the older guys, the younger ones (maturity is the key) are just as much fun!!! C'mon girlfriend, it's all about confidence! And keep a smile on your face!!! =)

Have you tried looking at a Church! All I have to say is that im sorry for you because im a guy and I know how other guys are and a good guy is hard to find. Trust me im one of the few. And your right, the club isn't a good place to look for what you want, im not the type for that either... Have you tried personals sites?? Its not just for ugly people anymore! LOL! jk! We can all join!

Online...There are plenty of websites that allow you to meet people. Just be careful and correspond with them a few times. Meet in a public area for the first time. Keep it to coffee or something simple to check them out.
Sometimes, fate is just that. Maybe you should go out with a mind set to meet people as friends. Pick up a hobby...golf, water rafting, etc..

Go out with friends to a nice bar or lounge. You will be surprised how many people want to talk or buy you a drink. I've been out of circulation for 4 yrs now (married) and I can still get attention when out with other friends. Heck, it even happens when I'm with my Hubby, and I'm not that hot, just bubbly. ;o)

Go places you like to go and do things you like.You will find like minded people there.Don't rush,the right one will come along.Best of luck,you sound like you have a good head on your shoulders.
