Huge CC debt, have inheritence, can creditors freeze these assests in my acct in texas?

Have approximately 60K CC debt. I'm unemployed, Father passed, leaving approximately same amount. My concern is Creditors can freeze my acct, how can safely I cash annuity checks ?

    Sorry to hear about your father passing away, but inheriting an amount of money that allows you to pay off your existing debt is very fortunate. Cut up the credit cards, pay off the existing balances and start your financial life fresh!
