Admin. in a real estate brokerage. You can still be involved in RE, still transact deals when you have them, but atleast you will be active and getting paid.
But odds are you will have to transfer your license to that brokerage. I have run into that many times. Ugh.
Property manager probably wont be an option, because you have to be licensed for property management, not just a RE licensee. (atleast in NV you do)
