All you Kobe fans...did you see this about Duncan?

Kobe couldn't win without Shaq. Kobe is a spoiled brat, very similiar to alot of basketball players nowadays. Bring back the days of Bird and Magic. Real ballplayers. Duncan is a throwback to those days.

I can't beleive the people who said that Duncan is not a team player. He IS the consumate team player, never wanting to grab the spotlight but at the end of the game, he's put up 25 and 12 and a W. Giving up millions of dollars he could easily get but sacrificing it to make his team better? sounds like the best teammate anyone can have. I have always been a die-hard Lakers fan, but I'll take Duncan anyday for Kobe, 'cause you know what? I like MY team to get better.

I have always liked Duncan and his classiness.. I just wish he would stop winning championships sometime soon.. Kobe is an idiot, he asks to win, but the team has no money to even compete in the star studded 2008 free agency, I wouldn't know what to do with 19.5 million a year! I would probably just let it sit in the bank! I have lived normally and I wonder how people like Kobe can sleep at night when people in other counties or even their own city are sleeping under cardboard boxes, playing basketball in an alley, and NEVER complain when he is demanding for money, teammates, and power. He is pulling the strings for the Lakers thanks to that god forsaken No-trade claus of his. I hope nobody ever does that again..

Kobe needs to get his @ss whooped by a bum so then he'd be more generous.

Lebron is getting 13m a year, thats not 19.5 million or 22 million from KG and Kobe. Cavs have been rather stupid in the offseason and it gets frusterating to be the backbone of your team for your ENTIRE career, without him, they'd fall apart completely. MJ at least had Scottie Pippen with him. The Cavs have overpaid Ilguaskas and Mr. Ducktail now and Varijo wants to take advantage by having 9m a year which is definitely not what he's worth not even as a starter at the moment. Trade Mr. Ducktail and Ilguaskas for some younger player(s) and then you have some cap room on ya, Hughes is also a big hole in their wallet, isn't he also taking about 12 million a year? For someone who is a franchise player, Lebron isn't payed that high.

yes that is a really good point you brought out about duncan not asking for 11 million more... im going to use that on my friend who thinks that kobe is the best player in the nba and he just needs good players. im going to tell him that kobe is selfish and a ball hog because if he wanted better players he would not ask for a lot of money that he doesnt really need

what about Lebron and KG??

Lebron especially has been crying for better teammates in Cleveland...why didn't he take a paycut last year when he signed an extension so that Cleveland could sign better Free Agents??

Dude and his big fat contract stalled Minnesota from making moves there and sign big free agents to decent money...look where that got him? 10 YEARS OF NOTHING in MINNESOTA and he was finally traded away to a franchise that would take on his contract (big market team)

Your a moron, Kobe want better teammate, and he doesn't even get high salary like other players would. Man Duncan's not a team player he just loves attention. Duncan just signed a 2 year extension worth $40 million.
