Burp him often. Bicycle his legs while he is lying on his back, that helps to loosen the gas and help them push it out. I don't think there is anything proven to avoid while BF, but if you see a specific thing you eat gives him gas then avoid it. Has he pooped lately? Maybe he is constipated? He probably just wants to BF constantly or be walked around. My son did the same thing for a couple months at that age and was not happy unless he was on the breast.

I am breastfeeding also, you should be feeding the baby 15 minutes on each breast. After the baby has fed 15 minutes on the first breast, you should burp him, then let him feed on the second breast. If the baby is still feeding when it gets to be 15minutes, you can release the baby's hold on the nipple by putting your finger between your breast and the baby's mouth.
When burping the baby, put him on your shoulder, then change and put him tummy down on your lap, this should help somewhat.
Also, I wonder if the baby is properly latched on when you are breastfeeding. He should be almost completely covering your areola and the entire nipple should be in his mouth. Make sure his mouth is fully open to receive the nipple by rubbing the nipple to the side of his mouth, so he will turn his head and open his mouth.
If you don't have one, get a boppy pillow. They are great and help put the baby and the best level to feed, this can be causing a problem also if he is too low or too high when you are feeding.

Don't eat beans, cabbage, broccoli or anything that will give you gas. The drops never worked for my baby and what i did was I layed him on his back, undo his diaper, hold his legs together and squat them and rub/pat his tummy at the same time and that helped eliminate gas. Also burp your baby, sometimes they don't burp easily (mine didn't anyway) so I tried various ways of helping. If you pump and give formula try Dr. Brown's Bottles they are great.

Try to everytime after you breastfeed your baby to burp him. He might be passing a lot of gas while being breastfed. A warm cloth in the tummy might make him feel a bit better. Try talking to your doctor if it is that bad.

My daughter became into an analogous way, she had the toughest time drowsing; she additionally has silent reflux which does no longer help. i finished ingesting dairy and chocolate and she or he became into nevertheless very gassy. i attempted the gas drops and that i swear it made my daughter twitchy so i finished and it did no longer help her anyhow. The pediatrician instructed me she could improve out of it around 4 months and he became into genuine. the single product that did help her became into gripe water. while i could supply it to her she could be waiting to get her gasses out and sleep - formerly she could in basic terms be so uncomfortable she could no longer sleep on her back and could consistently awaken crying. i are conscious of it does not paintings on all infants in spite of the shown fact that it definately helped my daughter and that i even used it and it helped me burp one time and that i felt plenty greater suited afterwards.
