that's impossible to forecast earthquakes so no person is conscious. some days in the past all human beings became into claiming this could take place on 19 March. because it of course did no longer take place then, i assume the tweeters and texters are going to maintain forecasting earthquakes every day till something happens, then they are going to declare they have been given it genuine.
