Need help with cell phone?
How do I keep my friend from taking my phone when I am not looking, taking a picture of her middle finger, and then setting it as my wallpaper. I am really distressed. What are some things that might work?
It is a Motorola SLVR.

What's the model of the phone? U can actually lock access to ur cam, video cam, pics, ringtones, multi media, phone book, and calls by adding a password to it. All u do is go to options, settings, security, lock application and select which applications to lock, u can do that on motorola phones, that's y u need to post the model of the cell.
Ok then just follow the steps I posted, Before u go to that first go to settings, security, new passwords and click Unlock Code which will be 1234, then it will ask u for a new pass, enter ur own pass and click ok and then just follow the steps on how to lock the applications. If u can't do it the feel free to contact me and I'll walk u through it, even though the steps are posted allready :)

If all you have to worry about is your friend taking pictures of her middle finger on your phone, I envy you.
To answer you question, go to:
Menu>Settings>Lock Application>Type in your password>Lock you camera. This is the only thing you can do to stop your friend on a SLVR. She can bypass the normal lock by pressing unlock and *, this is common knowledge. But by locking certain applications, she needs to know your password in order to mess with you.

I had this very same problem. But, my friend would call her boyfriend. -_- After I realized that she was doing this, I just kept my phone in my bag, and never put my bag down. Or tell her about it, ask her to stop.

You could take your cell phone and beat her with it. Or you could get a Blackberry and enable password protection on it.

Or you could just accept it. Consider it payback for putting your bum on her desk.
