Can you list 5 things that cause stress in a elementary/preschool classroom?

Parents...mandatory parenting classes

Federal, state and district mandates...collaboration within a school and district about problem solving to meet the mandates

Paperwork...most of this is now computer generated and collected...teachers need TIME to sit down and enter data and submit...teachers in the past took report cards and grade books home to complete...now it is submitted via computer and the computer must be used at school

Too many students.,.reduce class size

Misbehavior...hold students and parents responsible

Probably A and or C I dont really have that issue where people try to, maybe when I was a kid I had some issues in school but not much , but when people try to mess with me I just normally ignore them or laugh at them and if they keep it up they usually get some sarcastic comment and ignored again,and depending on if they are able to set my temper depends on if I totally go off on them or totally ignore them, sometimes I will tell people nice once to leave me alone, second time more firm and third strike they are out but depends on the situation and what they are doing to be a bully so the three strikes is normally physical but with words I never get others involved Ive never had to so im not sure if I ever would but if there is more than one person messing with you then you should for sure bring someone in to help, ive jumped in where I see people bullying someone, I think its one of the most chickens*t things someone can do is get a few people against one and probably E if Im stressed like adrenaline I will do something to calm myself down music or something, bullies dont normally depress me but they tick me off

Bratty little spoiled kids that have absolutely no discipline and have been taught no respect for anyone or anything. In other words just the kids of todays parents. Deal with it!

There isn't much stress to deal with for someone who's only worries are what color Legos they get. Wait for them to reach high school and college, then deal with this problem.

manage the room as best you can, keep noise levels down, motivate chidlren, get them working in ability groups, get extra assistance for special needs so that your time is not taken up with them, and chill out over ofsted.
